We have recently completed an exciting project for one of our clients in Estepona, near Marbella. This project involved the construction of a 4m x 3m sauna room and a spacious jacuzzi terrace in front of the sauna.

After taking measurements and providing a detailed quote, which was approved by the client, we proceeded with the project in the following steps:
The aluminum and glass walls and doors from the old jacuzzi room were removed.
The jacuzzi was relocated outside, next to the swimming pool.
We custom-built sauna benches and glass wall panels. The new 3m x 4m sauna room was constructed, featuring:
A new wooden wall structure with 6mm special sauna glass.
Custom sauna benches, a wooden floor, and wooden wall cladding with a matching ceiling.
Treatment of all wooden surfaces with Remmers Allzweck wood oil.
Installation of a 12kW Harvia Cilindro sauna heater.
Sufficient pressure-treated wooden beams and thermo-wood terrace boards were sourced.
We installed a pressure-treated timber structure around the jacuzzi.
A thermo-wood terrace deck was built and treated with Remmers HK Lasur in a nutwood color.
5-6 weeks for production and preparation.
1-2 weeks for on-site construction.
